These Terms and Conditions apply to your use of the RepNation Fitness website, membership registration system, gym facilities, services, and related programs. By using our website, signing up for a membership, or accessing our facilities, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

1. About RepNation Fitness

RepNation Fitness provides gym access, fitness facilities, membership plans, training spaces, group fitness options, personal training, and related fitness services.

RepNation may operate multiple locations, including Calgary and Strathmore. Services, amenities, opening dates, membership types, and facility access may vary by location.

2. Website Use

You agree to use the RepNation website only for lawful purposes. You must not use the website in a way that could damage, disable, overload, or interfere with the website or its services.

You must not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the website, membership system, payment system, or related accounts.

3. Membership Registration

To become a RepNation member, you must complete the required registration process and provide accurate, current, and complete information.

You are responsible for ensuring that your contact details, billing information, emergency contact information, and membership details remain up to date.

RepNation may refuse, suspend, or cancel a membership if false, incomplete, or misleading information is provided.

4. Membership Types and Billing

Membership prices, billing schedules, and payment terms depend on the membership type and location selected during signup.

Calgary Founders Membership

Members signing up for the Calgary Founders Membership will be charged their first payment at the time of signup.

The next payment will begin on or around August 1, with ongoing payments charged bi-weekly after that date.

The exact membership amount will be confirmed during signup or provided by RepNation.

Calgary Tenant / Tillyard Discount Membership

Eligible tenants signing up for the Calgary gym with the Tillyard discount will be charged $45 per month.

This membership is billed monthly only.

Eligible tenants may sign up at any time. Free access periods are not required for this membership type unless RepNation states otherwise in writing.

Tenant eligibility may require a valid tenant code, company name, or other verification information.

Strathmore Founders Membership

Members signing up for the Strathmore Founders Membership will be charged once at the time of signup.

Because the Strathmore location may not open immediately, second and future payments are expected to begin on or around September 1, or another date confirmed by RepNation.

Ongoing billing will follow the payment frequency shown during signup.

5. Payment Authorization

By signing up for a membership, you authorize RepNation Fitness and its payment processor to charge your selected payment method according to the membership plan, billing frequency, and payment schedule selected at registration.

You are responsible for maintaining a valid payment method.

If a payment fails, RepNation may attempt to process the payment again, contact you for updated billing information, suspend access, or cancel the membership if payment remains outstanding.

6. Pricing and Promotions

RepNation may offer promotional pricing, founders rates, tenant discounts, opening offers, or limited-time membership plans.

Promotions may be subject to availability, eligibility, location, start dates, end dates, and additional terms.

RepNation reserves the right to update, change, extend, or end promotional offers at any time, unless otherwise required by law or agreed in writing.

7. Cancellations and Membership Changes

Membership cancellation, pause, upgrade, downgrade, or transfer rules may vary depending on the membership type selected.

Members must follow the cancellation or change process provided by RepNation.

Cancellation requests must be submitted through the method approved by RepNation, such as an online account, written request, or direct contact with the RepNation team.

Membership fees already charged may be non-refundable unless otherwise required by law or approved by RepNation.

8. Refunds

RepNation does not guarantee refunds for unused membership time, missed visits, delayed use, change of mind, or failure to use the facility.

Refunds, if approved, will be handled at RepNation’s discretion and may depend on the membership type, billing status, promotional terms, and applicable law.

9. Facility Access

Facility access is available only to active members in good standing.

Access may depend on:

• Selected membership type

• Location

• Opening date

• Operating hours

• Facility capacity

• Safety requirements

• Payment status

• Membership verification

RepNation may temporarily close or limit access to certain areas, amenities, services, or facilities for maintenance, cleaning, safety, staffing, renovations, emergencies, or operational reasons.

10. Member Conduct

All members and guests must behave respectfully and safely while using RepNation facilities.

You agree not to:

• Harass, threaten, or abuse staff, members, or guests

• Damage equipment or property

• Misuse gym equipment

• Engage in unsafe training practices

• Bring unauthorized guests

• Use the facility under the influence of alcohol or illegal drugs

• Disrupt classes, training sessions, or other members

• Violate posted gym rules or staff instructions

RepNation may suspend or cancel access for unsafe, inappropriate, or disrespectful behaviour.

11. Health and Safety

Fitness activities involve risk. By using RepNation facilities or participating in fitness services, you acknowledge that exercise may involve physical effort and potential risk of injury.

You are responsible for determining whether you are physically able to participate in exercise or fitness activities.

You should consult a medical professional before starting any new fitness program, especially if you have a medical condition, injury, health concern, or are unsure about your ability to exercise safely.

RepNation staff may provide general fitness support, but this does not replace medical advice.

12. Personal Training and Classes

Personal training, group classes, workshops, and special programs may require separate registration, booking, fees, or cancellation rules.

Schedules, instructors, class formats, and availability may change at any time.

Late arrivals, missed sessions, or cancellations may be subject to separate rules or fees.

13. Personal Belongings

Members are responsible for their own personal belongings while using RepNation facilities.

RepNation is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items, including items stored in lockers, vehicles, change rooms, or workout areas.

14. Photos, Videos, and Media

Members may not take photos or videos of other members, guests, or staff without permission.

RepNation may take photos or videos for promotional, social media, security, or operational purposes where permitted. If you do not wish to appear in promotional content, please notify RepNation staff.

Security cameras may be used in common areas for safety and security purposes. Cameras will not be placed in private changing or washroom areas.

15. Website Content and Intellectual Property

All website content, branding, logos, images, text, graphics, designs, and materials are owned by or licensed to RepNation Fitness.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or use RepNation content without written permission.

16. Third-Party Services

RepNation may use third-party platforms for payment processing, membership management, email communication, analytics, booking, or other services.

Your use of those third-party services may also be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

RepNation is not responsible for third-party service interruptions, errors, or policies.

17. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RepNation Fitness is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website, services, facilities, equipment, or membership.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability where it cannot be limited under applicable law.

18. Suspension or Termination

RepNation may suspend or terminate your membership or website access if you:

• Fail to make required payments

• Provide false or misleading information

• Misuse the facility, website, or membership system

• Act in a way that creates risk, disruption, or harm to others

• Violate gym rules or staff instructions

19. Changes to These Terms

RepNation may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.

Your continued use of the website, membership, or facilities after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.

20. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the applicable laws of Canada.
